Flemingsberg is a place buzzing with knowledge, innovation, and optimism about the future. Here, residents, students, researchers, and businesses come together in a unique environment that combines world-class international research with one of the world\u2019s leading university hospitals. But for a place to truly function, more is needed than workplaces and study environments\u2014there must also be vibrant everyday meeting places.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For over 50 years, Huge Bost\u00e4der has been a long-term and committed player in the development of Flemingsberg. Flemingsberg Centrum plays a key role in this context. Now, Huge Bost\u00e4der is taking the next step by giving the center a completely new design. With updated architecture, bright and refreshed premises, and space for new businesses, a center is being created that better reflects Flemingsberg\u2019s energy and potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe are investing in Flemingsberg Centrum because a vibrant and attractive center strengthens the entire area. An appealing center helps people overcome both physical and mental barriers. This is both a social sustainability effort\u2014where our initiatives include measures to increase safety\u2014and a business strategy, as attractive places reduce vacancy rates, support higher rents, and lead to increased property values,\u201d says Kristina Hafstr\u00f6m, Head of Leasing at Huge.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Special attention is being given to families with children and the quality of the visitor experience, with features such as a play corner and environments that encourage people to pause, socialize, and feel at home. The ambition is for the center to become a natural meeting point that reduces the distance between different parts of Flemingsberg\u2014a place people want to visit, whether they live, study, or work in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
