The expansion of housing is an important part of the long-term development of Campus Flemingsberg and the surrounding area.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the projects is Studenten 1, developed by Huge Bost\u00e4der AB, where 210 rental apartments are being built along H\u00e4lsov\u00e4gen, 81 of which are student apartments. The block will also include five retail units and a preschool with space for 160 children. The first apartments in the project have already been occupied, and additional tenants are moving in gradually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, ByggVesta AB, together with EQT Real Estate, is developing the Blick Living project, which will include around 800 new apartments for students, researchers and young professionals. In addition to housing, plans include a new public square, shared study and meeting spaces, and service facilities that will contribute to a more vibrant campus area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Pernilla Bostr\u00f6m, COO of the Flemingsberg Science Foundation, housing development plays a crucial role in the development of the campus area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 When more people live in close proximity to the campus, life in the area continues even after office hours.
